A useful line proposal starts with stable input data. Use this checklist before requesting equipment selection or a production-line quotation.
Key planning points
Product definition
Cell format and dimensions, module/PACK drawings, busbar and enclosure concept, and expected variants.
Process definition
Sorting, insulation, stacking, welding, fastening, BMS, sealing, labeling and test stages in scope.
Capacity definition
Units per hour or shift, number of shifts, planned changeovers, operator model and future expansion.
Quality and data
Inspection gates, pass/fail rules, traceability, barcode/MES interface and record retention.
Site and delivery
Floor plan, utilities, destination standards, installation responsibility and target timeline.
