Battery PACK Assembly Process

Battery PACK production typically moves from incoming-cell inspection and sorting through insulation, grouping, welding, BMS integration, enclosure assembly and end-of-line testing.

Key planning points

1. Incoming-cell control

Confirm cell type, dimensions, lot information and incoming inspection criteria. Cell consistency affects later grouping and PACK performance.

2. Sorting and preparation

Use the project quality plan to define OCV, internal-resistance or capacity screening, then apply insulation and prepare terminals as required.

3. Module/PACK assembly

Fixtures, compression, fasteners, busbars and harness routing depend on the mechanical and electrical design.

4. Welding and inspection

Choose spot or laser welding from material, joint, thickness and throughput needs, and define visual or electrical verification.

5. BMS and EOL verification

Check communication, protection functions, insulation and agreed performance items before release.
