The 10-Channel Automatic Prismatic Battery Sorter is designed for high-precision Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) and Internal Resistance (IR) testing, ensuring accurate classification of prismatic battery cells. It features 9 OK sorting channels and 1 NG (non-conforming) channel, optimizing efficiency in battery grading.

With an internal resistance accuracy of ±0.5% rdg and a voltage measurement accuracy of ±0.015% rdg, the machine delivers reliable and consistent results. It supports QR code and barcode scanning with a 99.5% pass rate, making it ideal for automated production lines.

Designed for prismatic cells with a length of 60-260mm, thickness of 20-60mm, and height of 100-220mm, this sorter ensures high-speed processing at 8-12 PPM while minimizing equipment failure and product damage.
