Application range
This semi-automatic lamination stacking machine is a device that can be applied to the laminating process of electrode sheets for liquid batteries and solid-state batteries. The device has a desktop-type structural design and is placed for use in the glove box, which is an automated equipment suitable for laboratory or small-batch production.

Function features
1) “Z”-shaped belt movement, and the separator tension can be adjusted;
2) The pole piece is manually loaded, automatically positioned, and cyclically stacked.;
3) The number of lamination can be freely set;
4) Two-station design, and the lamination program can be flexibly switched;
5) Can stack metallic lithium, without adhesion, and without obvious pressure marks.;
6) With the compatible design adopted, the variation of battery size can be realized by customizing some molds and adjusting the pressure claws, with a wide adjustment range.;
7) Controlled by PLC, operated by HMI, easy to use and maintain.
