Application range

This equipment is a kind of die cutting equipment for the positive and negative electrode sheets of the lithium-ion laminated batteries. It uses the method of the servo electric cylinder to carry out single-piece punch die for the sheet-type electrode sheets, and can provide different shaped die cutters according to requirements to realize the forming and die cutting of the electrode sheets of batteries with different sizes. By replacing the wooden board die cutter, it can be compatible with the edge trimming function of the aluminum-plastic film after the punching shell.
