Application range
This equipment is applicable to the fixed-length cutting of the pole piece and electrode tab of the lithium battery cell, and can be applied to the cutting after the electrode tab is pre-welded.

Function features
1) Up and down knife cutting materials, the fracture is flat without burrs, and the positive and negative waste materials are collected separately.
2) It has a pressure block and cuts the tabs after pressing tightly, the length of the electrode tabs left can be flexibly adjusted according to the battery.
3) When the product is changed, it can achieve corresponding adjustments.
4) It is completely pneumatic, and is controlled by lightly touching the mechanical valve, with simple and convenient operation.
